It usually takes approx 5 - 8 working days to arrive most country area.  To prepare and ensure your order quality, we will need 1 - 3 days handling time, most items can ship out within 1 workday, " In Stock " items will ship out in the same day that the order placed.

Items ordered through us are shipped by EMS, China Post, TNT, DHL,FEDEX or UPS. We will inform you the tracking number by E-mail as soon as your order is shipped out.

A street address and phone number is required for delivery.

Delivery time do not include processing handling time.

Our products are shipped out every day, from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Most orders placed on weekdays will be shipped in the same day, while orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. Twenty-four hours after you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track your order online at;

Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 business days for Brazil and 10-15 business days for all other destinations in Latin America.

Since we typically ship orders in a single package, unless otherwise stated, the total length of time it will take for you to receive your order should be calculated using the longest estimated time for items in your order.

Chinese holiday reminder: Chinese holiday reminder: During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day (October 1, 2012) and Chinese New Year (February 10, 2013), services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 2-6 days.

Can I return and exchange items?
Since customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item you purchased. We reserve the right to charge a handling fees on all items returned for non-quality issues.

What if I received incorrect items?
You can exchanging it for the correct item, OR returning it for a full refund. You must confirm you are eligible for an exchange or return with by Contact Us before sending items back. In many cases, you have 7 days after receiving your order to contact our Customer Service and request a return or exchange. Or you can use Live Chat on top of the page contact with us as soon as you have any problems with the items you received.
What if an item or parts is missing from the order?
Contact Us and inform us an item/part is missing from your order. When we have confirmed that an item/part was missing, we will offer a full refund of the item/part price or begin processing a new one for you.
What if the package is lost during shipping?
Contact Us and inform us you didn't receive your package. Once we confirm with the courier that your package is lost, we will offer a refund or resend your items.

What if I received a defective or damaged product?
We will inspect each faucet, showers before packing, to ensure the product is under perfect condition, and you are eligible for refund or exchange or we can send you the parts to fix the wrong one. When meet this kind of problems, please be ready to provide us photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, we will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation to process your exchanging or refund. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it. Faucet-Shower  will ship you a new item immediately.

General Return Policies

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, or color/style/size errors must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We recommend inspecting your order after receiving it and contacting Contact Us or use Live Chat on top of the window immediately if there are any issues.

All of our faucets/showers come with a 6 month limited warranty, and 1 year manufacture defects warranty.
